The word "Artha Setu" came from sanskrit word "Artha" which means wealth and "Setu" which means bridge. 8 Artha Setu is formed by the founder to serve its purposes as a special purpose vehicle to support business entities and entrepreneurs to achieve their goals of success.

Okky Rachmadi (also known as Okky Al Rach or Okky Artha Setu) is the Founder and key member of 8 Artha Setu. He is an experienced Advocate, certified investment banker, certified banking legal consultant, enterprise risk management professional & certified legal auditor.

He have broad knowledge in capital market, international contracts, M&A, and also G to B relation. Okky Al Rach is also a member of audit committee of a public company and corporate lawyer for several other companies, mostly in Jakarta. Referencing from the Founder's "Defender" nature, the firm is not only practicing as an external legal counsel for companies, but also on the matters of corporate crime - corruption & money laundering for the COs, members of BOC and also the majority stakeholders of which will bear the exposure on investigation, prosecution, and trials.
